Real Weddings 
Melrose Catering is pleased to showcase some of our most recent catered weddings.
Marjie and Peter

The ceremony was a night affair with candles lit all around the guests to create a really romantic mood.

 Marjie and Peter were married on October 11, 2003 at the Feynes Mansion.  Like most modern couples these days, the bride and groom were very involved with all the planning.  Its great to see the groom paying so much attention to the details.

The string quartet played the processional and ceremony music from the grand staircase.  Marjie and Peter kept their ceremony very personal and touching by having Peter’s father, who is a pastor, marry them.

After the ceremony guests mingled in the gorgeous garden area listening to a jazz band. 
The menu style the couple chose was to have hors d’oeuvres such as chocolate covered strawberries, marinated vegetables on skewers, mini quiche, Swedish meatballs, tea sandwiches, fresh fruit display with a mango dipping sauce, pasta salad with a pesto and feta cheese and a cheese and cracker board.
