Real Weddings 
Melrose Catering is pleased to showcase some of our most recent catered weddings.
Danine and Victor
On May 22, 2004, Danine and Victor were married at the Feynes Mansion. Danine and her Mom worked together with us in planning every detail of her wedding.
The theme was Tiffany blue with beautiful white and ivory centerpieces.  Her family and friends dined under an open canopy draped with twinkle lights.

After the ceremony, guests enjoyed tray passed hors d’oeuvres and a signature Tiffany blue cocktail.

The meal served was field of greens with feta, walnuts served with raspberry vinaigrette, balsamic chicken with wild mushrooms, and red garlic mashed potatoes, sautéed vegetables and stuffed eggplant with ricotta and spinach. 

It was a picture perfect wedding.
