Nour, the Executive Chef over sees all production in the kitchen, with a true hands-on approach. His culinary background of Moroccan and French cooking adds flare to his international style of cooking creating cuisine for the melting pot of southern California. Some of his specialties are preparing homemade sauces and adding a different flare to classic dishes. Event Coordination Laura, also offering full coordination and consulting, shares her expertise in handling all the details from choosing a location, planning the menu, choosing the right flowers, ordering the rentals and entertainment. Her beautiful decorations and displays for tabletops and buffets at each venue are breathtaking. She also adds a personal touch as a wedding coordinator (and friend) for the bride-to-be with all her planning before and during the wedding reception.
