Executive Chef Nour Zitouni was born in Rabat, Morocco. Much of his culinary influence comes from the amazing cuisine and culture of Europe and the Middle East. Nour creates menus that range from Moroccan, Italian, contemporary American, and specializes in a fusion of ethnic tastes. His flare with sauces and recipes keep our clients coming back for more.
Beyond delicious, quality food, we know clients demand and deserve top-notch service when planning their events and weddings. Laura’s meticulous attention to detail as the Director of Catering/Sales comes from an extensive background working in the food and beverage industry at major hotels and catering companies. The passion she brings to her work comes from traveling in Europe. She lived in Athens, Greece and visited exotic places like Turkey, Egypt, Spain, France, Italy and Switzerland. Her international travel showed Laura the beauty and art of fine culinary experiences that she now wants to deliver to her clients.
